Look up the Hurt Report on the net. This was done by USC on accidents that happened in LA. If your husband is an experienced rider it makes a big difference. Also there is a book called Proficient Motorcycling by David Hough that has a chapter on the report and how he can improve the odds in his favor. It’s a tough decision to make whether to ride or not in your case. Good luck what ever you decide.
