Hey shock.
On tire psi. the max psi cold is molded on the tire sidewall. I usually run about 4 or 5 psi lower. this gives me good traction and good mgq. I started running Metzler ME880 tires about 7 years ago. I usually keep the front tire at 38 psi and the rear tire at 40 psi.
