Stop in at any local motorcycle dealer and they will be able to get you going in the right direction. You can also try msf-usa.org and find out where and when you can sign up.

Try you local Harley Davidson dealership. Looking on the web I saw around 6 in the Houston area.
Stubbs @ 713-644-7535 show a Riders Edge classes.

Call & see who is offering classes in your area.

The state of Texas also offers courses based on the MSF curriculum in Houston.

You my friend are doing a very clever thing as the MSF course is a great way to start and also gets your licence. All the advice given by others is good but why not ask your computer where the courses are in and around South West Houston or try the yellow pages.
However you get there enjoy & learn but do not forget the lessons when you are on your own out on the road.
