I live in the dallas ft. worth area and I was wondering how I could go about finding people to ride with. I was on 360 last night at around 1130 and saw a bunch of bikers just cruising but they got off and I kept going cause I had somewhere to be. but does anyone know of any way to find them again. I plan on going to that same spot next friday to see if they are there again. but any other suggestions would be appreciated.
When I lived in Texas I was a member of the Gypsy MC.You can try their website, they have a bunch of chapters in Texas.They are an AMA sanctioned club and a great club to be associated with.

Here is a link to the SCRC . Southern Cruisers Riding Club.
SCRC is a national organization that has chapters all across the United States. There are NO dues ….just local fundraisers for your chapter. My husband and I belong in our State. Just look for the Dallas chapter on this page and e-mail the contact person.

I always enjoy riding with similar types of bikers. I own a Honda Shadow and enjoy riding with various Honda groups in the area. You can usually find groups on the web. Most have a rider’s club website, or something similar. You could also start by going to some of the larger rallies in your area and talking with people from the rallies and ask who they ride with. Most regions have rallies corresponding to holidays, like memorial day or independence day rides. It is also a great way to meet new riders. Already you have somthing in common with everyone there.

Check out the groups on Yahoo. I belong to a few in my area. I’m sure your area must have a few.

Go on Craigs list in your area and put a ad in the Motorcycles ,Groups are Activities Page that you are looking for others to ride with ,Sometimes somebody else already has an ad and you can meet up . When I come up on a group of riders I either Hang Back are pass them by with a wave ,its not always wise to just butt in/ peace
