I’m a MSF …
I’m a MSF RiderCoach and personally don’t agree with this guy wearing plain sneakers for foot protection; not to mention his jacket being unzipped while riding.

My note to the guy who made this video: consider “explaining” HOW TO swerve around an object to avoid it. No explanation was provided.

Generally speaking, …
Generally speaking, I wouldn’t use something like a quad to practice. Some cones work nicely and if you mess up for some reason, you didn’t just wreck two vehicles.

Some people were talking about speed. My MSF course, if I remember correctly, didn’t have us get up to 30 mph, but faster than this video. It’s more about the technique than the speed. I would practice it at a variety of speeds – the more practice the better.
