Its got nothing to do with the bike having its lights on or not, on the other hand it has everything to do with the car being essentially bigger than the bike.
The cars see me very clearly and they even point their eyes AT me and yet still some of them leave an intersection where they are supposed to yield, forcing me to slam the brakes in order to avoid collision. As long as they find a way to blame the bike or the environment – some drivers couldnt give a rats about the biker.
