I have a 1991 Honda …
I have a 1991 Honda CB750 Nighthawk. It’s a wonderful bike, but by today’s standards (no pun intended), it’s a little long in the tooth. I could easily keep it forever and be happy with it, but I think I’ll end up selling it for an Interceptor one day. It may not be the best bike in the world, but it is the most important one, changed the game for everyone else to follow.

DOUGBM53:
All I can say is after owning my 69 750 since 1971 it still comes down to the rider.
Maybe the riders of the other bikes you went up against didn’t know how or when to shift or missed gears, but very few bikes ever beat me. My son took his mcy test on my bike and he could of had one finger on the handle bars and gone through the cones. Sounds to me like sour grapes. Too bad DOUG I got mine where’s yours?????

The only bike you crashed was a TONKA TOY
Yeah you are like all the other wannabees. You probably went down in your garage sitting on it and forgot to put the kick stand down before getting off it because your mommy called you ,because it was passed your bedtime 8pm LMAO

LMAO I was a NYC …
LMAO I was a NYC Motorcycle Patrolman and in 1967 some idiot decided that Harley’s weren’t good enough so they decided to test theMotor Guzzi. I own the 1969 Honda 750k0 so I am no fan of Harleys but for the purpose of a working bike for the NYPD it is the best. Anyway after 2 days nobody would test the Motor Guizzi because it couldn’t take the punishment of Highway Patrol. The coolest NYC bikes were the Indian Chief with a side car and the suicide clutch. You had to know how to ride them.

Yeah, I have one of …
Yeah, I have one of these bad boys sitting in my garage. I have had maybee 20 bikes in my life so far, I am 74, but this one is the one I really love. I bought it in 1971 from someone who shiovered and was scared stiff of it. It had leass then 1,000 miles on it. The onl;y thing that I changed after a few years was the carbs ,because the original’s were cables running to each carb was a to keep tuned. I put in carbs from a 1971 750, that had a lift lever to all carbs.

I have five stock …
I have five stock 1969-1972 CB750s plus a spare engine. I wanted the CB750 ever since I got my first motorcycle, a Yamaha AT2, in 1971 but by the time I was old enough and could afford one, Kawasaki Z1 was available so I got that instead but I still wanted a stock CB750. I got lucky in 1991 when I bought a used but completely stock 1972 CB750K2 for $700 from a Honda dealer and been collecting them ever since.

i won’t curse at you, but apparently you haven’t been listening to the news. north korea has exploded a nuclear bomb after having fired several test missles right under obama’s nose. would they have done that under bush. no. obama stole that election with his lies, rhetoric and outlaw outfits like acorn.
watch what happens to this country in the next few years. it won’t be america anymore. we are about to fall from our no. 1 ranking and will be bankrupt in 4 years due to his policies.

If you find a CB750 …
If you find a CB750 that runs and is only 1K, buy it. Under 80mph and in the twisties, my CB750 almost keeps up with the 2007 R6 a friend of mine has.

Also, the 7.5 second 0-60 is total bullshit. Mine is 100% stock and does it in under 4.

I’ve got a CB750 K3 Sunrise Orange Metalflake. I love it, it took me from 1970 to 2007 to get my bike and really regret not getting one sooner. Does everything well for a 36 year old motorcycle.

Really varies. …
Really varies. More than many bikes some of these have been taken and modified and crashed, and neglected,

So you have to look at the bike closely, and expect to need new tires, battery, and carb tune up.

Really its 100X cheaper to buy a very nice one than to fix a bad one.

Ive thrashed my K0 for 25 years along side ive run V twins, singles, and sports bikes. I ran H1 500 kwack TZ350 on the road, i run a Cagiva Rapter, GSXR 1000 K6 and Yamaha GTS The KO can handle, trust me just takes a bit of getting used to but big bars modern narrow section runbber and resonable poke give the 40 year old machine the ability to hold its own against modern machines on fast b/A roads. To me its stunning and is always a talking point it must have been out this world in 69
