craigslist.org

you’ll find that the best deals and cheapest prices are the hardest to get because by the time you find them, they’re gone!

so, refresh your craigslist page and scrutinize the ads daily.

You will have less competition through the newspaper or craigslist, but they may be a bit more firm in their asking price.

eBay could be a bit of a hassle, but you have some legal protection, albeit minute.

If you are in no rush, I would go for the local route and try to buy from the paper or craigslist.

As for the internet, if you check a government auction site, you have no idea what you are getting and you won’t save much money there. Cycle Trader seems to be more expensive than eBay.

Sorry to give you this obvious advice, but there really is not some hidden website with big big savings.
